ವಿದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಚಾಪು ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಪಟು ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠ

ನನ್ನ ಮಗ ಶ್ರೀಕಂಠನ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನನಗೆ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆ ಇದೆ.ಕಾರಣ ಅವನು  ಏನೋ ದುಡಿಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆಂದಲ್ಲ. ಬಿ.ಇ. ಓದುವಾಗ ಬಾಲ್ ಬ್ಯಾಡ್ಮಿಟನ್ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀರ್ತಿಗಳಿಸಿದ್ದವನು ಇನ್ಫೊಸಿಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾಜೆಕ್ಟ್ ಮೇಲೆ ನೆದರ್ಲ್ಯಾಂಡ್ಸ್ಗೆಹೋದವನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಆಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಟಿ.ವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ  ಇವನ ಆಟದ ದೃಶ್ಯಗಳು ಬಿತ್ತರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿವೆ. ಇಂದು ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಸ್ವದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ  ಹಿಂದಿರುಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಟಗಾರರೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸಹಿಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕ್ರಿಕೆಟ್ ಬ್ಯಾಟ್ ಇವನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರೆಸೆಂಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಭಗವಂತನು ನನ್ನ ಮಗನಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಆಯುರಾರೋಗ್ಯವನ್ನಿತ್ತು ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತರುವಂತಹ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲೆಂದು ಹರಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.
